Postcrossing Official

This card was sent by Nanda from the Netherlands. It's a recipe for Sûpenbrij with raisins. I think one could  translate the name as "Sunday's buttermilk porridge"? I love to read Dutch and also ask for cards with messages written in Dutch, but this recipe took me a while to translate.

This Sûpenbrij is made with buttermilk, flour, salt, raisins, sage, anise, brown sugar and sugar beet syrup.

I'll keep it at that and won't translate the whole recipe to English.
