It's ... PARAGUAY!

A surprise postcard from Paraguay! This card was issued for Paraguay's 200th anniversary of independence and came together with a small (but very cute) puffin drawing on the back which stands as the "P" of "Postcrossing" in the"Happy postcrossing" she wrote at the end of her message.

Fantastic card because the view on it is really great and I love the hirstorical and natinal meaning behind it.
